Key biomarkers - see full list below

  • You want a general health check
  • You'd like to learn if there are aspects of your lifestyle you could improve
  • You'd like to understand your own personal health risks
  • You want to be proactive about your health
Your health is influenced by many factors including your age, your lifestyle and your family history. The Health and Lifestyle Check includes an online assessment of your vital statistics and lifestyle profile which, together with your blood test results, will help our doctors interpret your results and identify any health risks which could apply to you. With tips on diet and lifestyle included in your own personal dashboard, this test can help you pinpoint the areas of your health you need to focus on.

Keeping track of your health has never been easier - our Health and Lifestyle Check measures important markers for liver, kidney and heart health as well as tests for inflammation, iron and key vitamins for energy and optimal health.
Active B12 levels can be affected by use of vitamin B12 supplements. If you are taking an oral supplement then we recommend not taking it for one week prior to the test to ensure an accurate measure of your B12 levels. If vitamin B12 is being prescribed to you by your doctor then you should discuss with them how long to omit B12 supplements for.
