Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team on 03450 600 600 ensuring that you have your order number to hand. Our opening hours can be found here.

Alternatively, you can email us at customer.care@medichecks.com, or use our AI Chatbot, Nia. You can also chat with Nia (or one of our live agents) by clicking the pink speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of our website. 

If you cancel your order before your sample collection kit has been dispatched, then you will receive a full refund within 7-10 working days.

Once your kit has been dispatched you have up to 30 days to cancel your order. This will be subject to a £6 cancellation charge to cover the cost of the kit, as these cannot be reused.
