Challenge 1 – Go vegan for Veganuary
Last year, saw 250,000 people pledge to eliminate animal products from their diet with an anticipated 350,000 people doing the same in 2020. This year, high-profile celebrities including Deborah Meaden, Alicia Silverstone and Sir Paul McCartney are backing the campaign. We have already seen McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut launch new vegan products this January and Greggs is due to launch the vegan Steak bake after the success of it’s vegan sausage roll in 2019.

Challenge 3 – Training for an event
Focus turns at this time of year to training for an event. Many of us are set to take on a new fitness goal, whether that’s 10K, an open swim, a trialthon, or perhaps you are simply mixing up your fitness regime.
